Tracy Owens embarked on her journey as a volunteer with HeadCount in December 2017, inspired by an enlightening episode of Pod Save America that introduced her to the organization. After jumping into the action at various concerts and events in the vibrant Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, she found motivation from her team leader to deepen her involvement. By June 2018, Tracy took on a leadership role as a team leader, eagerly guiding others in their efforts. Since making a significant life change and relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, she has continued to dedicate her time as a team leader, focusing on mobilizing voters and promoting civic engagement throughout the greater Charlotte area. In her professional life, Tracy specializes in corporate training and the innovative field of learning technologies. Beyond her dedicated work with HeadCount, she cherishes her free time, seeking out the thrill of music festivals, exploring diverse cultures through travel, and enjoying leisurely moments with her husband and their beloved dogs.
