Shannon Reilly is a true Northeasterner, considering herself an equal combination of Connecticut, Boston, and New York City. She graduated from Boston College with a BA in History and from NYU with an MA in TESOL Education. She recently relocated to San Diego and volunteered with HeadCount to combine two of her most favorite things – music and democracy.
Shannon has worked in public education for nearly 10 years and believes in the institutions that our democracy protects. Her first concert was Melissa Etheridge in Hartford, CT, and her favorite concert was Simon and Garfunkel at the Coliseum in Rome. Her hobbies include Krav Maga, guitar, crafting, and finding the best karaoke in town.
