Rebecca Pirtle hopped on the democracy train when she volunteered at her first HeadCount event in 2018. She instantly fell in love with the organization and wanted to be more involved so she is stoked to be a Team Leader in one of her favorite cities and home - Saint Louis! Rebecca studies Nutrition and Dietetics and Culinary Arts at SLU and works at a restaurant in Saint Louis. Some of her favorite artists are Sylvan Esso, The Front Bottoms, Foxing, Tigers Jaw, and Petal. When Rebecca isn’t at a concert or talking about voting, she loves kayaking, rock climbing, testing out new recipes, and scoring free seats at the Muny!
