Although hailing from Ireland where the political system is a little different, Rebecca finds the politics of different countries fascinating and is keen to discover more about the nature of democracy and government here in the United States. Rebecca believes in the mission of HeadCount to enable people to make their voice heard. She is a fan of the organization for the strong belief in democracy behind it, and how this is realized in a practical way by actually getting out there and getting people to vote through registering. She loves music both old and new - getting up pre-6am to see the Beach Boys perform for Good Morning America remains a stand-out memory!
