Rachel Parks started volunteering with HeadCount in 2016, after coming across their booth at her favorite festival: Newport Folk. A graduate of University of Maryland with a focus in stage management, she has spent the last decade plus in arts marketing and administration. When not at a concert or making a killer spreadsheet, Rachel enjoys a good thrift store find and strolling through Brooklyn admiring the canine population.
