Maevyn Davis-Rackerby studies International Relations at New York University, with a longtime passion for both domestic politics and music. Maevyn has been playing her own music for years and believes strongly in its ability to drive people and create social change, and loves that HeadCount is the perfect realization of this passion. She was involved with a music-based nonprofit for years in her hometown of Seattle, Washington, and is excited to continue the trend on the opposite coast!
Outside of HeadCount, you can find her continuing to encourage student participation in democracy and public policy through school organizations, playing the guitar, arguing about international affairs in the Model UN, and continuing her search for the best mac and cheese in New York City.
