Based in California's Central Valley, Luis is passionate about Voter Registration and Live music. Luis was first introduced to HeadCount when he volunteered at a Harry Styles show and wanted to get involved immediately. Luis has volunteered for the Ally Coalition and has worked with bands such as Bleachers. He hopes to see you at a show!
