Lindsey Burke worked with HeadCount as the Human Rights issue editor. She is an avid jam band music fan, dog lover, homebrewer and wanderlust. Originally from Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, Lindsey has a constant yearning to return to the beach, especially since she currently calls Phoenix, Ariz., home. She is a writer by day, but enjoys gardening, cooking and dancing like nobody’s watching. Lindsey has never met a music festival she didn’t like, and is always looking for opportunities to involve others in the political process. She holds a BA in Journalism and minor in Political Science from Arizona State University.
