Larkin Raynor grew up in Dunn, North Carolina. After graduating from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, she moved to Nashville, TN, to attend law school at Belmont University. She specializes in entertainment and music business law.
Larkin's first experience with HeadCount was at Bonnaroo 2015 where she saw HeadCount volunteers registering voters and thought, "what a cool idea." Larkin loves all types of music, but her favorite is the Dave Matthews Band.
