Denise lives in Niskayuna, New York with her husband David (who is also a HeadCount volunteer) and their dog Mo (who is not). She originally learned about HeadCount at a Dead & Co show and started volunteering in 2022. When she's not at shows, she's advocating for greater access mental health and substance use disorder care, increased funding for the arts, and improved worker, voting, and civil rights.
