Maxx is a graduate of the State University of New York in Oneonta where he studied Music Industry. Growing up just outside of New York City afforded him the opportunity to be exposed to every and all types of music. This constant exposure to live music is what propelled him into the desire to produce his own events so others could enjoy the experience as much as he does. He was first introduced to HeadCount as a volunteer for Phish Ball and was enthralled with what HeadCount was all about as well as how they conducted themselves. Their ability to intertwine politics and live music together so nonchalantly and effectively in an environment where there is a lot of apathy was what really attracted Maxx to HeadCount. Before Maxx started working for HeadCount, he interned at liveLIVE! Productions based out of Oneonta, NY where he helped produce liveLIVE! Music & Arts Festival as well as booking local events. Maxx currently resides in Sleepy Hollow, New York.
