Nebraska voters will vote on two ballot measures relating to sports gambling on November 3:
- Allow Laws Authorizing Online Sports Wagering Constitutional Amendment, if passed, would amend the state constitution to allow the state legislature to pass laws governing sports betting.
- Allow and Regulate Online Sports Wagering Initiative, if passed, would allow online sports betting in the state, as well as allow the state gambling commission to create rules and regulations for companies operating sports gambling in the state.
