Seven ballot measures across six states will be presented to voters having to do with LGBTQ+ issues. Each of these measures is briefly detailed below.
- Arizona: Require Schools and Athletic Associations to Restrict Use of Restrooms, Locker Rooms, and Other Private Spaces Based on Sex Measure, if passed, this ballot measure would redefine who is authorized to use bathrooms in schools and athletic associations, the state's definition of gender, and who can participate in school intramural sports.
- Colorado: Prohibit Surgeries for Treatment in Response to Minors' Perception of Sex or Gender Measure, if passed, would prohibit medical professionals from providing surgeries for the purpose of altering biological sex characteristics on patients who are under 18 years old. It would also prohibit the use of state or federal funds, Medicaid reimbursements, or insurance coverage
- Colorado: Sex Requirement for School and College Sports Initiative, if passed, would require student athletes to participate on men's or women's school and collegiate athletic teams that match their sex, defined as biological reproductive systems.
- Missouri: Prohibit Abortion and Gender Transition Procedures for Minors Amendment, if passed, would prohibit gender transition surgeries for minors, as well as the prescription or administration of cross-sex hormones or puberty-blocking drugs to minors. It would also repeal the state's constitutional right to reproductive freedom.
- Vermont: Equal Protection of Law Amendment, if passed, would amend the constitution to prohibit the denial of rights to an individual based on a number of identities, including their race, ethnicity, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or national origin.
- Virginia: Remove Constitutional Same-Sex Marriage Ban Amendment, if passed, would state that "marriage is one of the vital personal rights essential to the orderly pursuit of happiness;" within the Virginia constitution, while also prohibiting the state from denying a marriage license to two adults based on identities such as sex, gender, or race.
- Washington: Sex Verification Requirements for Female School Sports Initiative, if passed, would require school districts and nonprofit organizations that regulate interscholastic activities to prohibit "biologically male students from competing with and against female students." It would also require female students to submit documentation from their healthcare provider verifying the student's sex.
