Missouri: The Prohibit Abortion and Gender Transition Procedures for Minors Amendment, if passed, would repeal the state constitution's "right to reproductive freedom," which was approved by voters in 2024. It would additionally prohibit gender transition surgeries for minors in the state of Missouri, as well as the prescription or administration of cross-sex hormones or puberty-blocking drugs to minors.
Nevada: Question 6, The Right to Abortion Initiative, if passed, would establish a state constitutional right to abortion.
Virginia: The Right to Reproductive Freedom Amendment, if passed, would add a section to the state constitution that establishes a right to reproductive freedom.
