NOLA residents and musicians Shamarr Allen, Dee-1, Paul Sanchez and Bennie from the Hot 8 are pissed about the BP oil spill. In this new music video they take BP (and Big Oil in general) to task about the far-reaching effects of the spill including the impact on food, jobs and families.
Today, BP announced that they were able to stop the gusher. Perhaps now they'll have a bit more capacity to go beyond apologizing and focus on cleaning up the mess they've made.
