Net Neutrality: Is it the end of the world… wide web as we know it?

Google and Verizon have created a proposal that could change the world wide web forever.

If accepted by the Federal Communications Committee, the deal would enable Verizon to prioritize the bandwidth given to different sources on some of Verizon's networks.
