Phish, String Cheese Incident, Yonder Mountain String Band and others will come together for a benefit concert to raise money for those effected by the recent fire in Boulder. The event titled “Fourmile Canyon Revival” will donate all proceeds to the Boulder Mountain Fire Relief Fund.
Both SCI and YMSB are from Colorado, and Phish’s first tour outside of the northeast took place there. The event takes place on the eve of Phish’s fall tour on Saturday, October 9th at 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, CO. Tickets go on sale 9/21 at 10am Mountain Time here.
In other recent fire related news. STS9 played three shows last weekend in the Boulder area where they encouraged fans to donate money to help those affected by the fire. Fans brought their generous donations to the HeadCount and Conscious Alliance booths at each show.
