Shreya Wankhade is a rising senior at New York University, majoring in Public Policy. Entering her third semester at HeadCount, she is passionate about reaching out to communities disadvantaged in voting, particularly disenfranchised voters, after working with this population during her internship at the Public Defender's Office. In her free time, Shreya is an avid reader, yoga enthusiast, and a huge movie fan. She is also a fan of everything and anything music-related, believing in the power of the intersection between art and civic engagement.
