Shannon Murray grew up in Maine and is deeply passionate about live music, civic engagement, and empowering her peers to use their voice. Her first show with HeadCount was Beats Antique in 2011 and she’s been registering voters and dancing at shows with the organization ever since! Shannon enjoys all kinds of music from indie and folk to emo and math rock. Outside of volunteering, she can be found with her nose buried in a good book, adventuring around beautiful New England, or embarrassing herself at local trivia nights with her friends.
