Rebecca Bloomquist is a Minnesota native turned Portland weirdo! She hopped on board the democracy train in January of 2016 as a first-time volunteer with HeadCount after reading about it on the Wood Brothers’ social media. HeadCount shocked and persuaded her soul to ignite, and quickly become a weekly adventure into voter registration and civic engagement. In 2018, Rebecca joined on as a Team Leader in Portland, OR. Outside of HeadCount, Rebecca enjoys twirling at Phish shows, Oktoberfest, vintage clothing shopping, and trying to tap dancing!
