Peggah Ghoreishi joined the HeadCount team in Spring 2018 after seeing the lackluster turnout for 18-35 voters in the Chicago primaries. She decided to use her weekly concert attendance in a more productive way and is passionate about combining live music with civic engagement. Peggah considers herself in an open relationship with multiple music venues. She's attended over 600 concerts at over 150 venues seeing over 900 musicians and is always ready to see a new band. Her concert obsession is second only to her love of penguins and cute baby animals. When Peggah's not at a show, you can find her feeding alley cats.
