Nina has been a team leader in Baltimore since 2017 with blurry lines doing shows in DC and Philly, too. She began volunteering when she became an empty nester. For years, she would go to shows and festivals with her daughter, that was their way to connect and spend time together. Now she is a grandmother to four beautiful granddaughters!
She began volunteering with HeadCount to merge her need for civic commitment, love of music and live shows. She enjoys going to shows and engaging with volunteers. She always loved the energy and connectivity of live shows and festivals.
Alt rock, indie and punk rock, both new and vintage, have been my mixtape since the 80’s. Favorites include The Ramones, REM, The Clash, Elvis Costello, The Go Go’s, The Pretenders, Grouplove, Young the Giant, Bleachers, Walk the Moon, Dreamers, Night Riots, The Mowglis, and Matt and Kim.
Nina is a Baltimore native, working in the city and living in the county. She has a MS in Maternal child health and works as a pediatric nurse practitioner in Otolaryngology (ENT). She will always remind you to wear your earplug to preserve your hearing! She enjoys travel, art, music, sunsets and photography, aspiring to one day to be a travel or rock and roll photographer.
