Nicole Wells is a passionate advocate for many issues. In addition to suffrage and democracy, she is passionate about a range of complex topics such as mental health, rare diseases, bioethical dilemmas, organ donation, rural health, and healthcare access. After earning her BA in English and Education, she taught on the island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and in rural Kentucky. Nicole also holds an MA in English: Rhetoric and Composition and is working towards a MSc in Bioethics at Harvard Medical School. Her interests include policy, access, equity, environmentalism, and education. In addition to registering voters, Nicole also registers organ donors. She received a living donor liver transplant from her sister in 2018. After batting half a lifetime of rare diseases and liver disease, she’s learned to live life to the fullest! After updating her address with HeadCount at Bonnaroo in 2018, she returned to volunteer with HeadCount and eventually became a team leader. She loves the opportunities to connect with music fans and encourage voter registrations and political participation in the USA!
