LeRoy is a longtime resident of the Philadelphia area and has always enjoyed music. He works in the employee benefits field, but has a passion for leaving our place better than what was given to us.
He has a degree in history and his interests are live music, cooking, gardening and dogs. His favorite band is the Grateful Dead and any of the offshoots.
Now that the kids are grown, he is looking to make a difference.
