Kellen Edmondson

Born in Tokyo, Japan and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Kellen graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies. Prior to joining HeadCount, Kellen spent 2+ years with an international development non-profit based in Washington, D.C., working to implement community and regional-based programs to strengthen youth participation and representation in developing countries. Kellen also volunteered for various political campaigns in the 2016 and 2018 election cycles.

An avid music fan with self-proclaimed “eclectic taste”, one of Kellen’s hobbies is making a monthly playlist encompassing all the new songs that he’s enjoyed listening to that month. Kellen also has been singing in various choirs and a cappella groups for 15 years, most recently wrapping up a stint with the Cathedral Choral Society, the symphonic chorus in residence at the Washington National Cathedral. Outside of music, Kellen enjoys trying various hot sauces, traveling, and exploring the various neighborhoods that New York City has to offer.
