Kat Jutras is originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and began volunteering with HeadCount in 2017. She instantly fell in love with HeadCount's mission of empowering youth and new voters to participate in democracy. A former musician herself, she is an avid listener of all genres and styles of music and loves HeadCount's participation with diverse musicians.
Kat works as a project coordinator for green building projects focused on sustainable design, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction. In her spare time, she commits time to volunteering with other organizations such as the ONE campaign and the Red Cross.
