Jacob got into this work because he believes in people, their stories, their growth, and their power to make change. Before joining HeadCount, he spent years in nonprofit prior, always drawn to the spaces where community and impact collide. Volunteering was his way in, and it is still at the core of how he sees the world: show up, lift others, and leave things better than you found them. At HeadCount, Jacob supports the team behind the scenes by making sure the folks who make the magic happen have what they need to thrive. He focuses on building trust, demystifying HR, and creating systems that actually work for real people in real situations. Outside of work, Jacob loves trying new restaurants and heading upstate when he needs a little nature and reset. He is always down for a good conversation, curating an oddly specific Spotify playlist to match whatever the mood the day calls for.
