Hart Welles enjoys dancing at people as they do everyday tasks, building snow forts, and milkshakes. Hart started volunteering with HeadCount in 2017 after learning about the organization at Firefly Music Festival. HeadCount's blend of political activism and live music was exactly what he was missing in his life. Hart works as a Process Improvement Engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat in New London, CT with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management. He's been attending and volunteering at music festivals since he was a kid and loves being able to give back to the experience in a meaningful way.
