Gracie Willett

Gracie Willett is a media and communications professional who has spent the last half a decade specializing in artist relations, talent partnerships, and creative strategy. Before joining HeadCount, Gracie managed influencer marketing and talent partnerships at Well+Good. She previously worked on the talent team at Bustle Digital Group, overseeing partnerships across its portfolio of brands, including W Magazine, Nylon, Bustle, The Zoe Report, and Elite Daily. At BDG and Well+Good, she cast a wide array of talent, from actors and musicians to visual artists and athletes, with a focus on discovering and elevating emerging voices. At HeadCount, Gracie is excited to use her background in talent to combine her two passions, music and democracy, and continue encouraging people to make their voices heard. Outside of work, she spends too much time on TikTok, is a trained vocalist, and is currently trying (with varying success) to learn how to paint.
