Ella Keymer lives in Bronxville (college!) or New City (suburbs!), but always New York. She found HeadCount right before she turned 18--her first show was The National’s There’s No Leaving New York at Forest Hills (how appropriate!) and she has not stopped since. Ella loves Sufjan Stevens, especially his ballet pieces. When she’s not asking Broadway patrons of David Byrne’s American Utopia if they're registered to vote at their current address, Ella is studying Film and Cultural Studies at Sarah Lawrence College, distracting herself with cooking videos and her little kitten Phoebe (as well as her cat-like dog Bowie and her bigger cat Jasmine).
