David Glover was born in Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma. He was once a hang gliding instructor and set a world distance record; now, David focuses his attention on election and voting rights for Oklahomans and is a board member of the ACLU of Oklahoma. He is also the founder of BadVoter.org which encourages increased voter participation by showing the last voted date of all registered voters. He is very excited to establish HeadCount in the great state of Oklahoma!
