An active Team Leader with HeadCount since 2018, Ceren specializes in managing large teams at events of up to 80,000 attendees. As a seasoned organizer, Ceren takes pride in leading workshops and panels on community engagement and best field practices for her fellow team leaders. Ceren is passionate about demystifying the voter re-enfranchisement process and clarifying ever-changing legislation, particularly for first-time voters.
Ceren has worked in a leadership capacity on voter registration teams in 11 states over seven years, assisting close to 25,000 actions in the field. These range from pre-registering young people at their local libraries, to helping new citizens verify their voter registration status.
