Alex Marsh is a North Carolina native, but has also lived in San Francisco and Minnesota. Having returned to Raleigh-Durham, he now works at Duke University, using high-resolution cameras to photograph rare & fragile library materials, as well as working with audio and video technology. In his spare time, he loves to see live music, and writes concert reviews for music publications. He also likes soccer, photography and riding his Triumph Bonneville motorcycle. Alex’s favorite musicians include North Carolina natives Warren Haynes, Dexter Romweber, Sarah Shook, John Coltrane, Nina Simone and Doc Watson.
