Abby is a Philly native. As an 8th grade History and Civics teacher, Abby sees her work with HeadCount as the perfect way to extend the ideas of civic responsibility stressed in her classroom to the real world.
HeadCount has given Abby the opportunity to combine her love for live music and community activism, while working with an amazing group of people who share those same passions. When she's not teaching, registering voters or catching a show, Abby can be found chasing her dog, Iggy Pup, around around the city.
