Participation Row sets a record at Okeechobee Music Festival

HeadCount has hosted Participation Row onsite at Okeechobee Music Festival each year since the festival inception. Participation Row has been an instrumental part of connecting music fans from all over the world to the local Okeechobee County community year after year. HeadCount has registered thousands of voters during this time and has encouraged civic participation and activism through supporting dozens of local Okeechobee non-profits.

This year, we celebrated five years of Participation Row at Okeechobee Music Festival and set a personal record!

Festival goers took 6,828 positive actions at Participation Row with local non-profits, and HeadCount volunteers helped 1,069 fans make sure they’re ready to vote in the upcoming midterm elections. Huge shoutout to our partners Tonys Chocolonely and D’Angelico Guitars and all of the artists who made time in their schedules to support our mission!
