Participation Tour Raises $12,000 for Sandy Relief Efforts
The HeadCount Participation Tour, organized in conjunction with Magic Hat, raised over $12,000 for City Harvest’s hurricane relief efforts. Big thanks to CEG Presents, NOLAFUNK and Blue Note Entertainment Group, who agreed to donate all net proceeds from the tour.

Nearly 100 people took part in HeadCount’s Get Out the Vote phone canvas, Jam Cruise Calling, in the lead up to Tuesday’s election. Despite many entries, there can only be one drawing winner and that winner is Jillian Wayman of Nashville, Tennessee.

HeadCount’s Best Year Ever
We are proud to announce that 2012 was HeadCount’s best year ever. We registered 103,340. The total for the two-year election cycle was 111,832.
On The Road with HeadCount and Magic Hat’s Participation Tour
It was 4 a.m. when Jane and I hit the road in NYC for HeadCount and Magic Hat’s Participation Tour. Not only had we each gotten less than four hours of sleep that night, we were both still recovering from the chaotic post-Hurricane Sandy week behind us. Still, we weren’t tired. Who couldn’t be excited…
