  • Iowa - All forms must be received by 10/27, as such HeadCount recommends you mail your form by 10/22.
  • North Carolina - All mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked on or before 10/12. However, individuals who miss the registration deadline may register in person and then vote at one-stop voting sites in the person's county of residence during the one-stop absentee voting period (October 18 - November 3). In order to register during a one-stop period, the applicant must show proof of name and residence in the county.
  • Utah - All mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked on or before 10/9. Voters are eligible to register online or in person until 10/22.
  • Washington - All mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked on or before 10/6. Voter may register online through 10/8 or in person through 10/29.
